1. About the service

pilatesnear.app is a free editorial directory of pilates studios. We compile public information (name, address, website, prices) and organize it by neighborhood to help users decide.

We are not a registered company. This is a personal project in validation phase.

2. Acceptable use

• You can freely use the site to find studios.
• You can quote our content with attribution (link to the original page).
• Mass scraping or aggressive bots are prohibited.
• Submitting fake reviews or attempting to manipulate studio ratings is prohibited.

3. Studio data

Data comes from public sources (studio website, OpenStreetMap, maps data) and is verified weekly. It may contain errors. Always confirm with the studio before booking.

If you own a listed studio and want to correct data or request removal, email hola@pilatesnear.app.

4. External and affiliate links

Studio website links are direct, no commissions. Equipment links (Manduka, Decathlon, Amazon, etc.) are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we get a small commission at no extra cost to you.

5. Featured listings

Studios can pay to appear featured with a "Featured" badge. This does NOT affect their rating or order when sorting by rating or price. They only appear first in the default list order.

6. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for studio data errors, injuries during classes, quality of service at listed studios, or issues with affiliate-purchased products. Your contractual relationship when booking is directly with the studio or store.

7. Intellectual property

Design, code, logo and original editorial content are ours. Factual data (names, prices, addresses) is not anyone's property. Reviews you submit remain yours but you grant us a license to display them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in Madrid courts, unless consumer legislation grants you another jurisdiction.
